Your first plan, start to finish.

Seven steps. The first one needs no account at all, and the last one is the part the warehouse actually uses.

The seven steps

Nothing here is a trial limitation — the sample plan runs the same engine your orders will.

From nothing to a plan the dock can follow
StepWhat you doWhat to expect
1. Try it empty-handedOpen the app with ?ornek=1 on the end of the address.A sample order loads and plans itself. No account, no email, nothing saved.
2. Sign inEnter your work email; we send a sign-in link.No password to choose or forget. The link is single-use and short-lived.
3. Load the orderPaste rows, or upload a CSV, XLSX or a packing-list PDF.Rows appear in a table you can edit before planning. See Loading an order.
4. Fill the gapsCodes the catalog has never seen are listed for you.A case cannot be planned without its dimensions. See Your product catalog.
5. Choose the vehiclePick a built-in trailer or container, or enter your own inside dimensions.Pallet count and the loading diagram change with the choice.
6. Read the palletsStep through the layers with the arrows or the slider. Each pallet shows its layers, the cases in each layer, and any warning it raised.
7. Hand it overPrint the setup card, or share a read-only link. The card is one page per pallet: layer by layer, in loading order.

What the plan assumes before you change anything

These are the starting values. All of them are editable in settings, and Pallet and vehicle settings explains what each one protects.

Defaults on a new account (imperial; the app can display metric)
SettingDefault
Pallet footprint48 × 40 in (GMA)
Target stack height, excluding the pallet68.9 in
Weight cap per pallet, pallet included3,000 lb
Pallet tare45 lb

Measure system is a company setting, not a per-person one. Change it once and every screen, the printed card and the exported file follow. A new company picks it from your browser’s language on the first visit — check it before you trust the first plan.

Sharing a plan with someone who has no account

Two ways out of the app, for two different readers.

  • Printed setup card — for the person stacking the pallet. One page per pallet, layer by layer, in the order the cases go on. It is designed for paper and for a tablet screen, not for a phone.
  • Read-only link — for a customer or a carrier. It opens the plan without a sign-in and without access to anything else in your account. Treat the link itself as the credential: anyone holding it can read that plan, so send it to the person who needs it rather than posting it somewhere public.

A shared link shows the plan, not your catalog, your other orders or your team.

Still stuck?

Email us and describe what you expected to happen. Include the order file if you can — most questions are answered fastest by looking at the actual rows.

We do not publish a response-time target yet, so we are not promising one. There is no phone line and no chat — email is the only support channel today.
