Summary
- The Tiercube website sets no cookies.
- The Tiercube application sets two cookies, both strictly necessary for signing in. Neither is used for analytics, advertising or tracking.
- Both the website and the application keep a few settings in your browser’s local storage so that features you use keep working. That data stays on your device.

The website (tiercube.com) sets no cookies at all. Since 28 September 2026 neither the website nor the pallet planner (app.tiercube.com) loads anything from a third-party server: the fonts and the two open-source libraries the planner uses are all served from our own domains. No other company receives your IP address through our pages; see the subprocessors page.
Local storage
Local storage is space in your browser that a site can use. Unlike cookies, it is not sent to our servers with each request. We use it only for features you use, and wrap every use so the site still works if storage is blocked.

You can delete all of this at any time by clearing site data for Tiercube in your browser settings. We cannot see or delete it for you. Clearing it removes the carrier list and recorded quotes, which are not stored on our servers today.
No tracking
We checked the website and the application for analytics, advertising, tag-manager, session-recording and social-media scripts on the date of this draft and found none. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting or cross-site identifiers.
